Why do you need aftersales support?

Aftersales support is essential in ensuring the longevity of your website. Should you come into any technical difficulties, for example accidental deletion of a core file, content management system upgrading or a hacker attack, we offer support solutions to suit your needs.

So what's included when you purchase a website?

All of our website packages come with 1 month "tweaking" allowance, after the project is signed off. We will make minor amendments to any content on your site and any "bolt-ons" that need adjusting for one month.

We offer 2 different types of support service,

Pay as you go support. £25 / hour 

This support option allows you to keep costs down and contact us only when you require a specific problem solved. If you come into difficulties with your website, we are just an e-mail or phone call away from solving it.

  • and any other problems that you may encounter

We will endevour to resolve the problem within 48 hours.

All inclusive support. £100/month

This support option offers you the best solution to any problems your website may encounter and ensures customer confidence in your company and products.

This package for only £30/month, includes:

  • monthly major security and version updates to your content management system,
  • support if your website goes down for whatever reason within 12 hours
  • anti-hacker support + restoring of website backup within 12 hours
  • search engine support
  • restructuring of your content structure
  • resolving any problems that you might encounter with any "bolt ons"
  • and any other problems that you may encounter

We will endeavour to resolve the problem within 12 hours.
